Our Mission
Masterminds Academy strives to provide an environment conducive to the advancement of individualized care with a standard of excellence for each student. We are dedicated to delivering quality educational services that will stimulate physical, emotional, and social transformation in the lives of our students. Our comprehensive program includes out-of-school suspension services, a robust STEAM curriculum, and behavioral counseling to support the holistic development of our students.
The Masterminds program is designed to enforce academic excellence and decrease behavioral issues among our youth. We are committed to providing competency-based services that will promote positive growth in the individuals and families we serve. We are molding and shaping “Masterminds,” one child at a time

Marcia Williams
Marcia Williams started Masterminds Academy in 2017 with a passion to see youth succeed and accomplish their goals. Her unwavering dedication to empowering young people has been the driving force behind the academy's mission.
At Masterminds Academy, Marcia strives is to help youth succeed by providing them with the tools and resources they need to build a better future. She believes that every young person has the potential to achieve great things, and she is committed to helping them reach their goals. Through Marcia's leadership, Masterminds Academy continues to inspire and support the next generation of leaders and innovators.
